Upon entry, you conclude a contract with the Römersauna with the following content.

1. Admission must always be paid in advance.
2. Towels and bathing shoes are not to be left anywhere in the restaurant, but must be returned to the cash desk together with the key when leaving.
3. When leaving the premises, nothing must be left in the box and the door must be locked again.
4. When using the boxes, ensure that the boxes are properly closed.
5. Items and valuables of any kind can be handed in at reception; we accept no liability for items in the boxes.
6. The loss of the key leads to a fee of 30,-€.
7. The key number must be shown automatically at each consumption and will be credited to it. When leaving, all consumptions must be paid for together.
8. It is strictly forbidden to consume food and drink that you have brought with you. Violations will result in an immediate ban from the premises without exception.
9. The box area is under video surveillance.
10. Towels and slippers must be placed in the bins at reception after use.
11. Each additional towel is charged according to the price list.
12. Guests are obliged to maintain the utmost cleanliness and are requested to leave all rooms as clean as they would like to find them.
13. No empty glasses, wet towels or other garbage may be left behind in cabins and darkrooms.
14. Out of consideration for other guests, it is not permitted to block individual cabins for a longer period of time.
15. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire interior of the sauna.
16. You must leave the indoor area to smoke. It is mandatory to wear outer clothing (at least a T-shirt or similar item of clothing). If the authorities impose penalties for non-compliance, these must be borne by the guest.
17. Due to the risk of fire, no wet towel may be hung up in the sauna to dry in the area of the sauna heater.
18. The doors of the sauna and steam room must be kept closed at all times.
19. We ask you to respect the privacy and intimacy of all guests – especially younger ones – and to refrain from unwelcome advances.
20. The taking of photos or video recordings is strictly prohibited in all areas of the Römersauna. What happens here, stays here.
21. The rule is: No prostitution, no hotel, no drugs / NO PROSTITUTION – NO HOTEL – NO DRUGS
22. Begging, peddling, prostitution and the consumption of illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
23. The Römersauna reserves the right to refuse admission to persons whose admission appears questionable without stating reasons.
24. The instructions of the staff must be followed without reservation – even if they are perceived as unjustified.
25. Any form of disrespect, aggression, violence or sexual harassment towards our employees will not be tolerated.
26. Anyone who violates the house rules or disobeys the instructions may be expelled from the sauna without entitlement to a refund of the entrance fee. In such cases, a house ban can also be issued for the future.
27. We reserve the right to prohibit admission and ban visitors from the premises.
28. Any damage to the property, furniture or facilities of the Römersauna will be prosecuted. The person causing the damage is obliged to compensate the damage in full.
29. The admission fee is valid for a single entry.
30. Anyone who leaves the Römersauna and returns must pay a new entrance fee without exception.
31. Customers who wish to claim a discount on the admission price, such as Romeo Day, discount under 25, early bird or night owl, must indicate this at the cash desk before paying.
32. In the case of a discount for ‘under 25s’, an official photo ID with date of birth must be presented.
33. We reserve the right to change prices, promotions and discounts at any time and without prior notice.
